Glow in the Dark Easter Egg Hunt in Galesburg

$5 – $10Our Nature at Night is even more eggs-citing than usual!
Register for our 3rd Annual Glow in the Dark Egg Hunt! This year, you have the choice of the short loop or the long 1/2 mile loop. Hunters will collect glow eggs of a designated color along the unlit wooded path around Lakeside Nature Center in Galesburg. Turn in the collected eggs for a goodie bag filled with candy! You will also enjoy a talk with our Staff Naturalist about animals that lay eggs!
All ages are welcome to join in the hunt, but recommended for ages 6 to adult. It will be dark and we will walk through the woods. Ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. It costs $5 to take the the shorter path and $10 for the longer path.
Program will be held outside, with a walk through the woods, so dress accordingly. In case of bad weather, program will be cancelled and an account credit will be given, to be use for future programs.
