Team Reid Family Fun Day and Car Raffle

Team Reid Charities is hosting a family fun day in Bushnell’s East Park on June 29, 2019 with proceeds going to the Reid Brewer Memorial Splash Park, a splash park proposed to serve as a memorial to a local 7 year old who recently lost his battle with cancer. The event is planned as a birthday celebration for Reid, who would have turned 9 this year.

Team Reid’s Family Fun Day and Car Raffle will include many family-oriented events including a bags tournament, interactive inflatables, games, face painting, dunk tank, food, and the raffle drawing for a 2006 Ford Mustang Convertible. The bags tournament will begin at 12:00pm and the family fun time will run from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. The car raffle drawing announcement will be held on the stage at 5:00pm.

The family fun time from 1-5pm will include several interactive inflatables, suitable for kids and adults alike, including “The Velcro Wall”, “The Wrecking Ball” and a 146’ obstacle course, as well as bounce houses for the little ones. Wristbands will be offered for unlimited inflatable fun for $20. Tickets will also be available for those that do not wish to purchase wristbands. The dunk tank will feature local teachers, principals and police officers. Carnival style games and face painting will keep the little ones busy. Snow cones,lemon shake ups, sandwiches and fried fair foods will surely keep the crowd satisfied.

Team Reid Charities is proud to offer a car to raffle once again this year. Last year, they raffled a 1966 Ford Mustang. Tickets are $20 each, or 6 for $100. Only 1,500 tickets will be sold.
